Maxim Fainshtein is a highly accomplished ad tech executive with over 15 years of experience in Internet Technology, E-commerce, Business Intelligence, and Data-Driven Product Development. His expertise spans AI, machine learning, analytics, and monetization strategies that optimize user engagement and ad performance.
Before co-founding Robusta Digital, Maxim served as Chief Product Officer at Vidazoo (Perion), where he led the development of cutting-edge video monetization and AI-powered ad solutions. He also played a pivotal role as Head of Video Platform Product, driving innovation in programmatic advertising and real-time bidding (RTB) technology. Prior to his tenure at Vidazoo, Maxim held product analytics leadership roles at eBay, where he worked on 1st-party ad products, marketplace analytics, and large-scale experimentation models that enhanced eBay's advertising revenue and buyer experience.

Or Segal is a recognized leader in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, and publisher monetization. With over a decade of experience in ad tech and revenue growth strategies, he has built and led successful advertising operations at scale.
Before co-founding Robusta Digital, Or served as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Vidazoo (Perion), where he played a key role in scaling ad monetization, expanding publisher partnerships, and optimizing revenue strategies. His leadership contributed to the company's rapid growth in video advertising and AI-driven content solutions. Previously, Or was CEO of ALL IN VIEWS, a performance-based ad tech company, where he spearheaded product innovation in mobile advertising and media buying strategies. He also held roles in product management and digital media operations, focusing on ad optimization, data analytics, and advanced yield management.
